Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 8, 2025

1. General Policy

  • All ticket purchases for TEDxNagpur events are final and non-refundable.
  • We do not provide refunds for no-shows, change of mind, or scheduling conflicts.
  • Tickets are non-transferable to another person or event.

2. Event Postponement or Cancellation

  • If an event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, venue issues, government restrictions), your ticket will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.
  • In case of a complete cancellation of the event, a full or partial refund may be issued, at the sole discretion of the organizers.
  • Any communication about changes or refunds will be made via the email provided during registration.

3. How Refunds Are Issued (If Applicable)

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method used.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • TEDxNagpur is not responsible for any transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers (e.g., Razorpay).

4. Bulk/Corporate Bookings

For corporate or bulk bookings, refund terms may vary and will be shared during the booking process via corporates@tedxnagpur.com.
